Noise reduction
Strong pipeline vibration will affect the accuracy of vortex frequency detection. The two piezoelectric elements installed in Dy vortex flowmeter have polarization structure, so they cannot detect horizontal or vertical vibration. By adjusting the output of the piezoelectric element, the vibration noise in the vertical direction can be reduced.
Spectrum signal processing (SSP)
In the past, under some production conditions, manual adjustment was needed to offset the noise of pipeline vibration. Yokogawa dy uses SSP to analyze the detected frequency. Only the vortex frequency can pass through the band-pass filter, so that the noise can be accurately identified and eliminated. Even when the flow fluctuates, SSP technology can ensure the achievement of the above goals.
