Factory Services

The purpose of "factory service" of Bright company is to give full play to our professional advantages in factory automation, and use the knowledge, experience and skills of professional technicians to help factories maintain their automation systems and network equipment on the production line. "Less downtime" and "less failure" are the goals of our joint efforts with the factory.

Product training

Bright has demo of Siemens automation products, Danfoss and Vacon frequency converters, and professional training instructors. According to the needs of customers, we can flexibly formulate different training programs to meet the needs of users, and ensure the quality of training and service, so that the whole automation system of customers can give full play to its benefits.

Warranty terms: 

1. Warranty period

1) 18 months from the date of leaving the factory of the manufacturer

2) Or 12 months from the date of commissioning

Note: Items 1 to 2 shall be subject to the expiration first. Repaired products or replaced products do not extend or update the warranty period of the original products.

2. Service mode

1) If the power is below 90kw, send it to Bright maintenance center

2) When the power is more than 110KW, Bright maintenance center sends engineers to provide door-to-door service.

3. Freight

Bright maintenance center and users bear half of the freight respectively.

The freight of the goods delivered to Bright maintenance center shall be paid by the user. The freight shall be paid by Bright maintenance center when returning the goods.

4. Toll maintenance

In any of the following cases, even within the warranty period, it will be regarded as charged maintenance:

1) Products beyond the warranty period, including accessories;

2) Faults and damages caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect installation and abnormal environment;

3) Any loss caused by incorrect debugging, incorrect circuit layout and incorrect application;

4) Failure and damage caused by self modification or self modification;

5) Machine damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary disasters;

6) Damage caused by falling or transportation after maintenance;

7) Machine failure caused by not operating in accordance with the user manual or exceeding the requirements of standard specifications;

8) Failure and damage caused by obstacles outside the machine (such as human and external equipment factors);

9) The product model, machine code, manufacturer name and other relevant contents in the product label are damaged or cannot be recognized;
