VLT ®  Automationderive is dedicated to variable speed control of all asynchronous motors and permanent magnet motors. It can be divided into standard type (FC 301) and advanced high dynamic type (FC 302), and the latter provides more functions. It helps save energy, improve flexibility, reduce costs associated with accessories and maintenance, and optimize process control of machines or production lines in any industry.

VLT automationderive is based on a flexible modular design concept and is designed to provide multifunctional control. Its rugged structure ensures the longest normal operation time. It is equipped with a variety of industry standard functions, which can be extended through the "plug and play" option. The user-friendly graphic control panel ensures that the frequency converter is easy to set up and operate, and saves the debugging process and operation cost.

The protection level of the chassis can reach IP 66 (depending on the power specification). The built-in DC reactor and RF interference filter in all frequency converters protect the installed system by minimizing harmonic distortion and electromagnetic interference.

VLT automationderive can also be used with applications that require high-precision positioning and synchronization operations. Nowadays, the integrated motion controller (IMC) function can be configured in the software of the frequency converter. No additional modules or hardware need to be installed.

All frequency converters are fully tested in the factory. They require very little maintenance and thus achieve a rapid return on investment.
